Children of Scum is on a roll!

Fresh from its award-winning performance at Smogdance, Children of Scum: A Retrospective has been invited to the Beverly Hills Shortsfest!

When asked for comment, writer/director Danny Grossman began to sing:

"Come and listen to a story 'bout a short named Scum,
About these crazy actors and their movie's kinda dumb.
Then one day this mockumentary
Loaded up the truck and moved to Beverly.

Hills, that is.
The Beverly Hills Shortsfest. Short filmmakers and maxed-out credit cards."

Here's the playlist.

Some interesting sounding flicks, including Orion Slave Girls Must Die, Psycho Hillbilly Cabin Massacre and These Boots Are Made For Walken.

SCFG's Quiet played here last year and won Best Thriller. Pack up the car, gang, we're movin' to Beverly! (Hills, that is.)

Children of Scum is the audience fave!

Children of Scum: A Retrospective won the Audience Award for Best Comedy at Smogdance.

Congrats to writer/director Danny Grossman and everyone who worked on the project!
